Meet the founders
meet marco.
Marco started his recruitment journey after travelling the world and living in Australia. After training in finance, he joined his first tech agency in 2019 and went on to become their “Global Perm Top Biller” across a number of international offices. He is passionate about anything Software, Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.


meet neil.
Neil started his recruitment journey in 2021, straight out of Aston University. In his first full year of recruitment, he was awarded “Top Rookie of the Year” and went on to win a number of other company awards. With a network of over 15,000 across all platforms, Neil has been instrumental in building our network in the USA and has already helped a number of founders in SF & NYC build their Founding Engineering teams.
