Recruitment found me at university. After a Graduate Academy program, I won Rookie of the Year 2022 and became the #1 Perm Biller 2 months in a row all while placing Software Engineers at early-stage startups across Munich and breaking multiple company records.
After years in Europe, I knew the US startup market was where I wanted to build something of my own. In the first 2 months of inkorp, we've successfully placed in top VC backed start-ups such as Chroma, Runway, Abridge, Paraform, Eudia, Parallel and more!

I stumbled into recruitment while training to become a financial advisor in the UK, and instantly knew I’d found my calling.
At my first London agency, I built a new market from scratch and won multiple company awards in a short space of time.
